Management Accounts

The preparation of management accounts are necessary to assist in making business decisions and will be requested by your accountants, auditors, bankers, Inland Revenue and other third parties. We can prepare management reports on a monthly or quarterly basis. These reports are prepared in accordance with your policies and requirements. Our management reports include:

• Profit and loss statements
• Balance sheets

• Intercompany charges and reconciliations (if appropriate)

Bookkeeping

Swenta can provide bookeeping services for you wherever your location. We have teams of experienced bookkeepers throughout London and we can also provide you with accountancy and payroll services as part of an outsourced package.

We can arrange for you to have the same experienced bookeeper regularly on site with you at your offices providing you with all the bookkeeping services that you need.

Alternatively we can also provide a remote bookkeeping service if preferred. This wouldn't require one of our bookkeepers coming to your offices. In this case either you can email relevant files or post the required documents to us and we can do all the work for you remotely. We can also access your accounting software remotely if you prefer and one of our bookkeepers can do all the work logged in to one of your office PC's. However you like things to work we're there to make things as easy as possible for you.

VAT Returns

Many businesses are required to register for VAT and lodge regular returns.
